Using BibleDawn

BibleDawn (bibledawn.com) is a free Bible reading and study site. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or misrepresent its content as your own.

Scripture text

All Scripture displayed on indexed pages is in the public domain — led by the Berean Standard Bible (CC0). You may freely copy, quote, print, and share that Bible text with no restriction. We reproduce Scripture faithfully and attribute every edition; see Sources & Licensing and Translations.

Our original content

Verse meanings, answers, topic introductions, profiles of people and places, chapter summaries, devotionals, blog posts, and other editorial material are original BibleDawn content, © BibleDawn. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link; please don't republish substantial portions without permission. Public-domain works we host (e.g., Matthew Henry's and Barnes' commentaries) remain public domain.

Accuracy and AI assistance

Some explanatory content is drafted with AI assistance and reviewed for accuracy, and is labeled accordingly. We work hard to be faithful and clear, but editorial content is an aid to Scripture, not a substitute for it — always weigh it against the Bible text itself. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Advertising and third-party links

The site may display advertising to remain free, and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content of external sites or advertisers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BibleDawn shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted here with an updated date.
