Rahab
A woman of Jericho who hid Israel’s spies, was spared, and is honored for her faith.
Rahab sheltered the two spies and declared her trust in Israel’s God. In return she and her family were rescued when Jericho fell.
She is praised in Hebrews 11 for her faith and appears in the genealogy of Jesus—a striking picture of grace.
